This coffee is a crop to cup microlot from Keramo in Sidama, another epic JARC 74158. This honey process is a tropical explosion that is mad sweet and juicy. This coffee leans closer to the natural side of honey processing, a good opposite side of the honey spectrum to our white honey bare. This is our loudest coffee to date and I’ve loved every cup of it. I profiled this coffee very light to allow the complex tropical fruit and florals shine more and keep the intensity balanced. Very limited coffee.
Over days of tasting we have experienced notes of guayaba, lychee, violet, strawberry lemonade, banana, and orange preserves.
